You can use the Evergen companion app from the time you take your first step to owning an Evergen system. All your pre-installation checks and appointments are recorded and available at your fingertips, along with a progressive list of installation steps so you know whats next, what to expect and whats left to be done. Well help you manage your time better as soon as you take that first step towards sustainability.
Monitor and view your energy usage via a dashboard
Once your system installation is complete, youll be able to quickly and easily view what your system is doing including where your current energy is coming from and going to. For example, over the course of the day as your intelligent Evergen system stores and uses energy, it makes adjustments based on factors such as weather and usage; Whilst this is happening, you’ll be able to see the changes as well as the reasons why the system is behaving the way it is. All this information is available in a simple dashboard view. You’ll also see:
- Detailed Information: For more detailed information on how much energy is generated by your solar panels, simply expand the graphs.
- Alerts and Notifications: You’ll receive alerts if theres an unexpected change in energy generation which may indicate a problem.
- Battery Performance: Battery charging and discharging levels is provided so you can see how your energy usage changes the battery level, as well as when charging is happening.
- Savings: Via the app, you’ll be able to see how much youre saving and make any system adjustments necessary to maximise your future savings.
- FAQs: Basic FAQs related to the mobile app will be accessible via the app, but if you need further help, were just a phone call away.
